The name given to the contract or engagementwhich enabled the data to be produced. Each investigation is associated witha Principal Investigator or Guest Investigator who was responsible for theoriginal proposal. For single PI missions each major subsystem having itsown identified Team Leader may also be classed as an "Investigation" for thepurposes of data archiving. |
