| Definition: | The Taurus Portable Seismograph is a portable, battery-powered data logger which incorporates a 3-channel 24 bit digitizer, GPS receiver and system clock. Each Taurus unit is paired with a Nanometrics Trillium Compact 3D geophone sensor. The Taurus is deployed as a standalone unit, recording continuous data onto removable flash media. |
